My goal as always been to live the best life I can possibly live, and for the longest time, I had a very specific idea of what that meant to me: to travel, to have a well-paid job and have a good life/work balance, to have a pretty house, an active social life, stuff like that…
But as I achieved most of those things I realised I still felt restless, unsatisfied and still not feeling like I was living my best life.
After giving it some thought, I concluded that “living your best life” is not about the things you have or the goals you achieve, not even close! And in fact, everyone has access to their best life right now regardless of their circumstances.
So, I sat down with the intention of writing a list of what makes for the “best life” we can possibly live and this is what I came up with:
