There is a meditation class, in English, every Wednesday at 7:30 pm (UK Time), on Zoom (online).
Each class includes a guided meditation (about 20 minutes) followed by an explanation of all the concepts and of the daily application of everything that was practiced and learned during the meditation.
There is a limit of 10 people per class.
