This is a custom-made program to implement a meditation practise within a corporate environment.

    I wasn’t sure about meditation when I first heard about it. Ana immediately put my scepticism to rest and explained it as a very practical and effortless thing to do every day, which anyone could easily learn to improve both emotional and physical being, with immediate effect.

    Ana is gentle and easy to talk to, allowing me to relax and be calm and to understand the importance of breathing.

    In the current economic climate, these sessions have been invaluable and a real game/mind changer.

    Meditation with Ana has been a life changing experience especially during lockdown. I did not know where to start with meditation, I always thought I was too busy and that my busy mind would not settle or focus, but Ana is very approachable, and tailor makes the experience to suit you. Ana does a weekly Group Session for the company where I am employed, her guided meditation sessions are very easy to engage and her calm, soothing voice immediately relaxes you. Ana guided us through visual meditation, I found the session easy to engage with, which in turn made it easy to focus and took me away from any place of anxiety. I came away feeling my head was clear of all the rubbish spinning around, relaxed and very ready to start my day.

    What a great way to bring focus to your day! Ana is a great teacher and has a wonderful way of leading you into your own quiet space, allowing your thoughts to settle. If lock down is making you feel anxious give it a go. If you have too many thoughts rushing around in your head and find it hard to focus, this is exactly what you need.     For my introduction to meditation, the experience Ana has provided has been enlightening, fulfilling, and rewarding – a great start to any busy day. I’ve often tried to imagine myself inside a snow-globe but Ana’s session brought a whole new relaxing perspective to the experience.
